Who is CyberArt Printing?

CyberArt Printing & Signage is a signage company based in Bankstown, in Sydney's south-west. It designs, prints and installs shop signs, lightboxes, 3D and LED signs, banners, wall graphics and car signage for businesses across Sydney.

Does a letter of demand guarantee you get paid?

No, and CyberArt's first customer shows it. A letter doesn't force anyone to pay. What it does is put the debtor on notice that you're serious about recovering what you're owed, without jumping straight into costly legal proceedings.

For CyberArt, that was enough to get two of three customers to pay, and $10,000 back into the business.
