The Supplier may collect:
- Customer identity and contact details;
- business information;
- debtor details;
- debt particulars;
- bank account information;
- communications data;
- IP / browser / analytics data.
1a. Free tools
Our free tools (calculators, checkers and document generators) run in your browser. The documents they produce are generated on your device and are not sent to us.
Some tools include an optional email field. If — and only if — you enter an email address, we receive that address together with the other details you entered into that tool, so that we can follow up with you about recovering the debt. Depending on the tool, those details may include your business name and ABN, the name of the party you are claiming from, the project or site, and the amounts involved.
Where the information you submit identifies another person or business, we handle it as part of providing debt recovery services, on the same terms as the debtor information described above.
If you leave the email field blank, nothing from the tool is transmitted to us. You can ask us to delete anything collected this way at any time using the contact details below.
2. Use of Information
Information may be used for:
- provision of Services;
- communications to Debtors;
- internal records;
- compliance;
- analytics;
- referral facilitation.
3. Disclosure
The Supplier may disclose information to:
- Referral Solicitors;
- software/SaaS providers;
- contractors;
- regulators where required.
4. Data Storage
4.1 Information may be stored electronically, including offshore cloud servers.
4.2 The Customer consents to such storage.
5. Security Disclaimer
5.1 No electronic storage system is completely secure.
5.2 The Supplier excludes liability for unauthorised access except where prohibited by law.
