Chase every unpaid invoice at once
Got 20, 50 or 200 customers who owe you money? We send them all a legal demand letter at the same time. You pay one flat price. We never take a cut of what you get back.
For 10 or more invoices · Letters sent within a week · You keep every dollar you recover
Small unpaid invoices add up fast
Each one feels too small to bother chasing. Put them together and it is real money sitting in someone else's bank account.
of Australian businesses are not paid within 30 days
Getting paid late is normal in Australia. This is not just happening to you. (ASBFEO Payment Times Research)
days to get paid on an average bill
That is the average. Plenty take a lot longer, and those are the ones stuck on your list. (Atradius Payment Practices Barometer AU 2025)
chance a customer goes under within a year
That is once they have missed payments to two other businesses. Leave it too long and there is nothing left to collect. (CreditorWatch Business Risk Index)
Here is the maths. Chasing a $340 invoice properly costs you more in staff time than the invoice is worth. So nobody chases it. Do that 60 times and you have lost tens of thousands of dollars.
Does this sound like your business?
It does not matter what industry you are in. If lots of customers owe you small amounts, this will help.
Medical and allied health
300 patients each owe you $40 to $120 in gap fees. None of them are worth a phone call on their own. Together they are a full-time wage. Your receptionist has better things to do.
Healthcare debt recovery →Training colleges and RTOs
A course finished six months ago. Forty students never paid their last instalment. They have stopped replying to emails from the same address that billed them.
Education debt recovery →Accountants, consultants and agencies
You did the work and invoiced on 14 day terms. The client pays when they feel like it. Chasing them is awkward because you want to keep them as a client.
Professional services recovery →Property managers
Rent arrears across 200 properties, plus landlords who have not paid their management fees. No single amount is big enough to act on, so the list keeps growing.
Real estate debt recovery →Suppliers and wholesalers
Forty trade accounts on 30 day terms and half of them are past 60 days. You keep supplying them because you need the volume, and the balance keeps climbing.
Retail debt recovery →Transport and delivery
Each job is worth a few hundred dollars. Fifty unpaid jobs is serious money. But chasing each one costs more in admin than the job paid you.
Transport debt recovery →You send one file. We do the rest.

Tell us how many
Send us one email with roughly how many invoices are unpaid and what they add up to. We come back with a price.
Send your list
A spreadsheet works. So does an export from Xero or MYOB. We need the customer name, contact details, amount owed and invoice date.
We check it first
We confirm business names and ABNs, drop anything too old to chase legally, and flag anything that looks disputed. You approve the list before we send.
Letters go out
Every customer on your approved list gets a formal legal demand letter. They pay you directly. We never touch your money.
Four ways to deal with a pile of unpaid invoices
| Option | What it costs | Good for | The catch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chase them yourself | Staff time | A short list, or someone with spare hours | A $340 invoice costs more to chase than it is worth, so it never gets done |
| Bulk Debt Recovery | One flat price | Lots of invoices that just need a formal letter | Not built for one big debt, or a debt the customer is disputing |
| Reminder software | Monthly subscription | Stopping the next pile from building up | These customers have already been ignoring reminders for months |
| Debt collection agency | 15% to 25% of what they collect | Old or disputed debts that need chasing for months | The more you are owed, the more it costs you |
Software like CreditorWatch Collect and InDebted sends automatic reminders. That works well for stopping new invoices from going overdue. It does less for a pile that has already built up, because those customers have been ignoring reminders for a while. A legal demand letter is a different thing. It is formal, it uses a lawyer-approved template, and it usually gets a reply. Plenty of businesses use both. If you want to compare properly, read what debt collection really costs in Australia or our comparison against debt collection agencies.
One flat price. We never take a cut.
Most debt collection agencies take 15% to 25% of everything they collect. The more you are owed, the more you pay them. We do not work that way.
We do not list a price here. The right number depends on how many invoices you have, how old they are, and how tidy your records are. We would rather quote you properly than guess high.
What we can tell you is the most it could ever cost. Our single letter price is $29 and anyone can use it, so that is your benchmark:
| Unpaid invoices | Cost if you sent them one at a time |
|---|---|
| 10 invoices | $290 |
| 50 invoices | $1,450 |
| 100 invoices | $2,900 |
Sending 50 letters one at a time at $29 each would cost you $1,450. Bulk is priced per business. Whatever we quote, you keep 100% of what comes back, because your customers pay you directly.
